At Robert Piggott, we believe that art is a vital part of children’s education. Our art, craft and design curriculum stimulates creativity and imagination; providing visual, tactile and sensory experiences and a special way of understanding and responding to the world.  

Children will explore their environment through art and design activities, involving different creative techniques and media.  

Additionally, as they learn about the history, roles and functions of art, they can explore the impact that it has on contemporary life and that of different times and cultural heritages through the study of a diverse range of artists.
