Phase 2 - Poplar & Willow Classes
Spring 2025
Welcome back to a new year and an exciting term.
CONCEPTS: Nuture, Hope and Wisdom
Our geographical focus this term is Brazil and learning all about this fascinating country. Other lessons will be inspired by this South American country - art and DT will focus on rainforest flora, fauna and wildlife. In English, we will write persuasive arguments focused on issues on the Amazon. In music, we will be inspired by Samba rhythms and, in science, we will further our understanding of living things and the habitats in which they live.
We will also continue learning about the Sikh faith, study 'Romeo and Juliet' by Shakespeare, learn about the history of computers and, of course, develop our physical skills in PE.
Please check this page regularly to find information about what is going on in school and lots of photos of what the children have been up to.
