WELCOME TO THE YR3 & YR4 HOME LEARNING PAGE
Each week we will add Maths and English (Writing and Reading) tasks, the English tasks will now be focused on a specific topic or subject (e.g. PSHE).
As long as you do your best and try to keep learning, that is all we ask. Remember to also to check out our individual Class Pages for extra fun things to do.
- ZIP files - Some files within our home learning pages are ZIP files, these will need to be saved onto a device for them to be opened. If this still does not work then please right click on the document and click 'extract all'. Please do email in if you have any problems opening any of the documents or files.
- Printing - We have made all aspects of home learning printable for parents but please note that you do not need to print all of the home learning documents. We are aware that some families do not have enough devices for their children while working at home themselves so they might need to print home learning tasks.
- Keeping Connected - Please let us know how you're getting on and send any photos to the school office via email: email@example.com so we can add them to our slideshow. We would love to see one piece of work each week that you are proud of, this can be a piece of work we have set in school or something else you have been doing. If this is not possible, then a little message or letter would be really appreciated by us teachers. Please ensure emails are addressed to your child's class teacher.
Take care and stay safe.

Online Video Calls
Video calls will either be on a Wednesday, Thursday or a Friday during school hours (please note the scheduled days and times will be different each week). Phase 1 classes will be split into Year 3s and Year 4s for the calls to allow for them to run more smoothly. You will get the chance to see and talk to some of your classmates, your teacher and one of your teaching assistants. Please remember that you do not have to speak in the video call.
We really hope that you can all attend the calls as we would really like to see all of your faces! We will continue to be in touch about dates and times of calls.
PLEASE NOTE: Home learning for half term (Week 6) is NOT compulsory, teachers will also not be providing feedback on work in half term.
